- Open Coach → Human Trainers in microfit.AI and choose Request a Trainer Match.
- Complete the structured request. Sharing your basic Microfit training preferences is optional and off by default.
- The app opens a draft in your mail app. Review and send it to complete the request.
- Microfit follows up by email with an available fit or next-step questions.
What trainer review means
Applicants must be at least 18 and provide an independently reviewable fitness credential or professional reference before publication. Microfit confirms the submitted credential reference and profile details; this is not a background check, medical referral, employment offer, or guarantee of outcomes.
Only approved fields are published. Applicants consent before a contact or booking link is added and may request correction or removal at any time.
Pricing and payments
microfit.AI does not charge, book, or process payments in this first trainer-network release. Athletes and trainers confirm scope, pricing, cancellation terms, and payment arrangements directly for one-to-one services.
Privacy by explicit handoff
Match requests and trainer applications are not silently uploaded. The app prepares a message, shows what will be shared, and requires you to choose an app and send it. Read the privacy policy for retention and removal details.
